Cawthra Gardens - Long Term Care

Cawthra Gardens is a long term care facility located in Mississauga. Deltera acted as both Project Manager and Construction Manager. As Project Manager, Deltera addressed the client’s goal of designing a cost effective building that was aesthetically pleasing without the stark institutional look that many of these facilities possess.

Due to Deltera’s purchasing power and efficient project management, the project was built on time and under budget.

Cawthra Gardens is recognized as one of the top Long Term Care facilities in Ontario.

Recognized by the Government as one of the most appealing long term care facilities in the GTA.
Building achieved full occupancy quicker than any competing buildings in the area.
Built as an energy efficient facility, with energy consumption at least 25% lower than standard building code designs. Owner received $60,000 grant back from the Government for achieving this benchmark
