Jazz is a premium high-rise residential rental building with retail in Downtown Toronto (Church & Shuter).

Concert Properties is a prominent developer based in Vancouver and has undergone a strategic expansion into Ontario. A significant part of their mandate is to build a portfolio of quality rental buildings in the GTA.
